BMI Volume Pedal Bracket

Hello, I'am In search of & looking for an original BMI Volume Pedal Bracket I have the Part the mount's on the Pedal Bar, I'am looking for the other part that mounted to the Volume Pedal it's self. These are pic's of the Mount That fit's the pedal bar, I need want the other part that go with it to mount on the Pedal. I know they made them & know there is one somewhere over the rainbow. if you have one please let me know. thank in advance

No, Don said they only made a few of them on request with the bar mounted bracket for the pedal bar, he didn't make many but there should be some floating around somewhere the BMI Pedal I have had one on it at some point but was removed
