I want to restore my D10 case. It’s really clean on the outside but trashed on the inside. I want to redo the braces and improve the padding on the inside. Anyone done this before? Any tips on sources for material etc? Any relevant advice welcomed. Thanks!

I don't have any tips, really. But I offer my encouragement.

This is something I'd try, I even have an old POS hard plastic case covered with stickers - I was thinking about re-doing the inside, same as you.

I'd think that replacing the blocking with the same material - piece for piece - and then recovering with the fabric of your choice with 3M spray adhesive would be the path.
