You can read all about it on Vince’s site, players are listed - no mention of a producer, so I’m guessing it was Vince, or Vince and Paul:

That's a good song lineup, and a good team of players, the ones I recognized anyway. I'm sure they are all good. I'm anxious to hear the entire record.
