Thinking of looking into a multi effects pedal to experiment with some more options. I currently have a source audio collider , it sounds good but it’s kind of complicated to use. I’ve owned a PF steel dream before , and it’s the best I’ve ever had. Sold it to a friend for wedding money lol what are you guys using !? Anyone have a multi effects processor pedal?

Once in a while, I use a ProFex II.

But lately I am back to a NV112 with interal reverb and a Goodrich Baby Bloomer. That's it.
I'm not much of an effect kindof guy

Mostly I use my NV400 or NV112 with the amps reverb and a Wampler Faux Analog Delay. Both amps have the Mod 4 spring reverb in them.
At church I go direct out of a Stereo Steel with TC M one XL effects. No speakers , I use IEM’s.

ZOOM MS-50G is a low priced but good quality tool. It contains clones of many famous effects. I keep it simple and have 4-5 scenarios I scroll through for delays, tremolos+ modulation effects.

I have a Lexicon MX300 mounted in my Telonics amp, and also in my rack gear !
I quite often use my Benado PF as well..or in place of !
I love both options.

My current basic signal chain for PSG is:
Emmons SKH > Freeloader > Goodrich VP > Carbon Copy > Digitech Polara > Twin Rev ToneMaster

Other options: Telonics VP & Quilter TB202

Bill, if you have a chance I would love to hear a comparison between the NV112 by itself vs with the Baby Bloomer turned on--hard to find any hi-fi sound clips online!

After working in a band for a couple of years with a lead guitarist using a Line 6 HXStomp fx unit... I bought one...

That was a couple of years ago... still just love it, but I only set up 5 patches. I rotate through the different settings with a "momentary" 2 button switch... mounted on a leg clip. Works great, and I can change settings in a song without using a foot switch, or even putting down my bar.

Only other pedal I use now is the occasional B9, which is plugged into the assc. channel of the HXStomp, and is in the fx rotation.

OK, I'll play. I went the cheap route:

Behringer DR600 Digital Reverb: https://www.sweetwater.com/store/detail/DR600--behringer-dr600-digital-reverb-pedal
Behringer VD400 Vintage Delay Pedal: https://www.sweetwater.com/store/detail/VD400--behringer-vd400-vintage-delay-pedal

They work well enough for me, and I get no complaints from my bandmates. Mission accomplished.

Love all the options the pod go from Line 6 has. I use it when I’m with a new-fangled group that uses no amps on stage. It’s got a fantastic clean sound which is sometimes rare on amp modelers. I just run my volume pedal in front of the whole unit and out to the front of house. It also has a headphone out so I can always hear myself no matter what the sound guy does.

I’m also auditioning the sans amp RK fly rig v2 right now. Sounds promising and (since it’s all analog) the controls are way easier to adjust than on the pod go. And the RK unit fits in my pack seat.

BTW both units have fantastic rotary simulators!

My two cents. Probably only worth about half that! 🤪

Mike, there's nothing wrong with Behringer stuff - I used it for years before I got a rack system with a Lexicon MX200 which gives me everything I need.

I'll wade in delicately here, as I too desperately need the "Talent Simulator" (cheap on Reverb, maybe?). I love traditional playing, but also the Buddy Cage, Sneaky Pete rockers. Though I think lapsteel, I also love the ripping tone David Gilmore gets on "One of These Days."

So I A/B to get the best of both worlds. From a Hilton volume pedal's 2 outputs, the A switch loop is for straight-to-amp clarity. B, however, goes like this (and I post this in part to see if anyone might suggest different orders):

Peterson tuner-> ElectroHarmonix B9 Organ -> Boss TW-1 (T-Wah) -> Sarno Earth Drive -> Ibanez TS9DX (Analogman mod) -> Boss OC-2 (Octave) - > TC Electronics Flashback x4.

The octave pedal works only on 1 string at a time, so limiting. And truth be told, I haven't done a super-drive at a gig yet with both OD pedals, but am having fun with the addition while woodshedding. Tried a wah pedal, but couldn't navigate so many at my feet, so the T-wah gives me a fair amount of touch and volume pedal sensitivity.

Most of these are one-song options, not something I'd play with all night. But a single-line lead with T-wah, OD, and Octave is some deep, dirty fun!

Quick edit - a couple of these do much better with my pickup switch tap to lower the output.

I have: Goodrich Steeldriver 2, volume pedal, Dunlop Echoplex pedal & MXR Phase 95. Reverb & Tremolo on the amp. I play a dry signal, or with a lil reverb mostly. Sometimes I'lll hit the fuzz or Delay. Effects are fun!
