I had a blast with this! It's my Fender D8 Stringmaster through a TC Helicon Synth Talk Box. Not sure anybody has done this before now.

Definitely a different sound and approach. Interesting stuff. You had some fun with that.

Yea, I got the idea from Pete Drake. I thought maybe there should be other things that can be done with the concept. I sentvthis to an acquaintance on line and he dismissed it before even listening to it. He said he hates "Stringy" and Peat Drake's talk box. But that's not what I'm doing with it.

I have used the auto wah effect with regular guitar for some funk music. I don't have a quick change at my steel for switching on the fly. I'm more intrigued by the Hammond organ sound with steel. I haven't purchased a EH pedal for that purpose yet, but I'm working with a chorus pedal and a Leslie simulation pedal. Still trying to tweak the tones to my liking.
