I have a round cross shaft Marlen that I wanted to add a couple of changes to. Wasn't sure they would be permanent or not. My round shafts are the ones that have a flat side the whole length. I was able to use Derby bell cranks by bending the crank bottom slightly to fit the round shafts. The flat side locked the bell cranks in place and the changes went easily, I think I'll keep them.

The Derby, GFI and Fessy bell cranks are stamped stainless, I believe, which make them almost interchangeable in mounting function. Nice to know as things get scarce.
