I am settling my father's estate, Harold Near, and this is the first of his guitars I am posting. Located in Chesterfield, Virginia, just outside of Richmond.

The asking price is $1600. I am aware it could be more, but I have seen comparables at this price, too.
9 pedals, 7 knee levers. I'm not an expert with pedal steel guitar, so please be patient if I have miscounted the levers. It is not marked Classic. Serial number 2C839.

Kept covered, but a little dusty. Otherwise, very good condition. Played at home. Not moved around.
Cash and carry preferred or buyer could be able to drive to a meeting place within one hour of Richmond, VA. Out of area offers will be considered, but buyer will need to pay shipping. I can break down the guitar and get it to FedEx.

I think I have the matching cases, but have not tested them.

There is also a BosSan D-11 and BosSan S-14 that I will be posting soon. Feel free to contact me about them in the meantime if you are interested.

Please respond via email or PM. The guitar is also being advertised elsewhere.

Sorry, I cannot find the serial number and am having trouble getting up under the guitar and cannot flip it over. The wide underside picture was taking by someone else. If I can get someone here to find it I'll post.

That's a good value for a workhorse of a guitar.
