Okay Doug Sahm Here, Austin 1975 - Looking at the steel guitar player. At first it looks kind of like Dan Dugmore, and he plays a Sho-Bud, but then later in the video you can see a moustache and glasses and other facial characteristics that its not Dan.... So ... Who is the Steeler?

Harry told me once that he did play for Doug, so that makes sense Jon.
