Can anyone tell me the size/thread for the pickup height adjusting screws on this 1971 Push Pull? Two of them rattled loose in the case and were lost on stage as the guitar was removed from the case. Thanks in advance.

They are 6-32 thread size, and 3/4 of an inch long.
There should also be a piece of spring about 3/8 long between the neck and pickup plate. _________________ Co-owner and operator: Emmons Guitar Co. |

What would the proper distance between bottom of the strings and top of the poles on the pickup? |

George asked -
"What would the proper distance between bottom of the strings and top of the poles on the pickup?"
The old rule of thumb was the thickness of a US quarter.
Hope that helps -
