There's been a spruce top one on Reverb forever and there's a real nice 625 from Japan on eBay that's pretty reasonable imo. Scratch that, just looked at eBay.
I bought a trashed 625 a while back that I'm going to rebuild, I'll take the fretboard and top off and I'm probably going to brace it like a Weissenborn.
Any specific reason you want a Hilo? Have you considered a professional grade Oahu? I have a few Oahu's and they rival the hollow necks imo. Here's a nice one,
