Bill; I think you meant to reply about the E13 Tuning used in this "Phoenix" tab?? So to replay on same topic; Open that topic; then select "Reply" at bottom.
Here is Bill's reply about this Tuning:

This tuning has identical minor triads spaced two frets apart everywhere on the fretboard i.e. strings 3,5 and
7 at fret 4 (Fm)and strings 4,5 and 8 at fret 6. This
rendition of the Webb/Cambell Classic uses both of
those chords. No reason, just because they're there.
I write a draft in pencil then trace it in ink to
produce a final manuscript. This song is so well known
I only inked the tab, treble clef chords and some of
the lyrics.The song has no bridge, just play the chorus three times with a different ending each time.
