Hello All,

The issue that I am having is that my E string keeps going out of tune either a half step up or down after I press my C pedal. I retune my 4th string to E as I should and it will only stay in tune for a few times after pressing the C pedal. Any advice/direction is greatly appreciated.
Thank you, Eli

First check the Pull Rod for 4th string C Pedal pull, Make sure there is a bit of free play between the nylon nut and the Changer Finger at open tuning.

Next, Check the Changer careful for piece of broken string in the Changer. Check the Nut Roller make sure it is free turning freely.
A drop lube on both sides of the changer finger, And the roller, May be needed.

Look down the 4th string from the changer end, If there is a bend at the Nut Roller, The Roller may be dragging on the side of Nut Bracket fingers.

If the problem is not found on top of the guitar.

Turn the guitar over and start checking under the guitar for the 4th string rod dragging against other Rods.
Good Luck and Happy Steelin.
