During the lockdown-era of the pandemic I connected with some Canadian friends for a fun distance-tracked instrumental album. David Myles is an excellent east coast singer/ songwriter/performer- he wrote and performed melodies and parts, and gave the players a lot of room- all friends from other projects and tours, recording from Ontario, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick and Tennessee. The full album is due in august- he's released this track as a teaser.

Personally, it was a nice break from the country stuff, and a great way to work and feel connected during a bleak time- hope you enjoy. |

Really nice playing Asa. I especially loved then chromatic run you did at 3:42. Really musical and original. Thanks for sharing! |

Thanks for listening guys-
T.C, I heard the nuts and bolts of that phrase on Paul Franklin's instrumental 'Roly Poly' years ago- many hours spent finding an easy position for faster chromatic moves on the neck- Travis Toy teaches a great one on his tutorial site. |

So nice Asa . Heard this on the radio , cbc ,yesterday , wrote down the title and artist , googled it , and ended up here . Real nice melodic playing and not the usual setting for pedal steel. |
