I rigged my 0 (Franklin) pedal to a C6 so I can have an in-line lap steel set on my E9 with one pedal. Strings 4-9 CEGACE It seems to work well. Here's a little sample (link fixed)

Interesting idea, but that link is inviting me to create a channel when I already have one.
Any chance of a regular YouTube link? _________________ Make sleeping dogs tell the truth!

Great job, Bryce! Because I play a B6/E9 universal, I just play it the same as you but one fret higher - but then I don't have that 9th-string D to deal with.
What you've done is neat, as none of the strings moves more than a half step (except 9 which is no big deal) so tone and feel aren't compromised.
I'm sure we'd all like to see under the hood, if that isn't commercially sensitive information _________________ Make sleeping dogs tell the truth!

4 E
5 + C
6 + A
7 + G
8 E
9 -- C
All coming from the 0 pedal. the 3 raises I put on the first hole of my changer near the top. It's a little crowded, but works I don't get any cabinet drop that I notice, and the pedal is easy enough to hold for an extended time Easier than holding a Pedal and knee for a long time in my opinion _________________ Bryce
