I have been video recording my hands and paying close attention to my playing technique and a main take-away has been what I believe is excessive movement of my right hand. I have always used thumb and middle finger for playing except for 3 note chords. I have begun work on using my index, middle, and thumb more and notice a marked decrease in hand movement across the strings. Right now I am of the opinion it improves accuracy as well as speed and tone.

I have to admit though, old habits die hard and slow.

Check out Joe Wrights 32 moves videos, he is now offering them at no cost and they are worth a fortune IMO!

I agree 1000%. What a legacy, and what a gift to the PSG community.
