Is there such a thing as a volume control that would clip on the leg of my steel? I sure would one on my “Willie “
Thanks,
Geo

Well, there's this. Doesn't have a leg clip, but I don't imagine it would be too difficult to add one.

I also have a Taylor guitar cable that has a volume control where it plugs into the guitar. Real handy for acoustics that don't hav a vol control but I don't know if they make those anymore.

Otherwise, some of the leg mount Matchbox units have a volume control.

Martin guitar did make a passive volume and tone control that plugged into the guitar and your cable out plugged into it. I have one somewhere. Good for instruments with no controls.

Sorry George. I hope I haven't given you a bum steer. The website is still up and there's a contact phone number.

Hope you hear something back shortly.

BTW, I know nothing of this product here or if it's compatible, but I found it on a web search. Don't want to steer you wrong again, but you might check it out further.
AMAZON

On second look, maybe not....that appears to be for line level circuits only.

I sent a PM.

A Match Box can do that for you, plus a tone control, and buffering.
