I'm measuing impedance of 2.8
...installed on guitar
Jaguar style / late 60's

Guessing that means re-wind ?

& Cap looks little worn...[img]

Yep, that cap's a goner! Laughing Does the pickup still work? Did you unhook it to check it? (It should measure around 8k ohms.)

went to unsolder and send out for re-wind:

tested again...before disconnecting

its reading 8.65

Unsoldered... reading 8.8

so ..pickup looks good ?
