Wampler Velvet Fuzz Opinions

Hello Everyone,

For those of you who used a Wampler Velvet Fuzz, please give me your opinions on how effective it was for steel.

I've seen numerous YouTube videos for regular guitar and it sounds great with lots of flexibility. However, I'm looking to use it for a "strings" effect.
