I’m wondering if anyone has a file to work from for a standard modern zumsteel logo decal for the body of a guitar? If not, would it be possible for someone to scan their guitar with a scanner app on their phone and share the file? Curious of the correct size and I want it to be an exact replica so it’s not distorted etc.

Thanks so much!

Adam

Don't know if you have something specific in mind, but if you're just looking for a Zum decal you might check with Bruce Zumsteg. I know he has stopped building guitars, but I was able to buy a couple decals from him a few years ago.

Yes, the specific thing I have in mind is the most recent zum steel decal as seen on the fronts of the guitars from the past 20 years or so. I thought I made that clear. If not, I apologize. If anyone has a steel with the logo, it seems like it would be easy-ish to just scan it with a phone scanner app and measure the dimensions?

Quite frankly I’m surprised how hard this is to accomplish. I come from the vintage drum world, where repro decals are everywhere.

Any help is much appreciated!
