I too am looking for some carter bellcranks..... It seems as all the suppliers close and the manufacturers are out of business these parts are becoming harder and harder to find. There are some folks out there making new ones but kinda pricey. What will people do when parts for their guitar are no longer available?

Pay to have someone make them

Play a slightly disabled guitar

Buy another guitar

Let me know exactly what you need and I'll go through my extra parts. I have 2 S12 Carters and they are probably not going to be modded any time soon so should have everything y'all need. I will probably also be selling one of the S12's as well.

Hey folks, this threads a year old, but just found it because I find myself in a similar situation.

I'm in need of a replacement bell crank (pull bar).

According to the info on here: https://www.steelguitar.com/maps/pulls.html

I'll need a Side pull - because I don't have the bent pull rod.

If anyone has one please let me know. Thank you,

Derrick Phillips - 904.540.4408

If these are what you are looking for Wayne @ Outwest Music and Michael @ PSG Parts should both have them.

Thanks Barry
Yes we do have the replacement dog bones and original style replacement pull rods on our site here.
https://www.outwestcountry.ca/product/rod-puller-pull-pin-dog-bone/606?

https://www.outwestcountry.ca/product/direct-replacement-pull-rods-with-hook/604?cp=true&sa=false&sbp=false&q=false&category_id=48

or you can update the carter to a MSA style (but fits a Carter bell crank/rod puller)using a straight rod.

I have both in stock as I acquired Al Brisco's inventory.

The bell cranks come with the screws and dog bones, forgot to include them in the photo.
