this green steel is a mid-sixties sho bud permanent. when I acquired it there was no undercarriage. after searching for permanent pull-release parts..hard to find and pricey....we decided to convert it to an all-pull steel by changing just the changer fingers it is now all-pull triple raise double lower 3 pedal 4 knee lever steel....e's on the left emmons setup. the decal is faded but you can faintly see sho bud madison,Tn....as you can see the changer endplate has only the e9th cutout for the changer. dont know if it was a custom order or what.... this is how I got it. the steel plays nice ,stays in tune...also it has russler pedals and a George L e-66 pickup the toggle switch on the changer end is an on-off...there was already a hole there so I installed the switch. steel has original case, the finish has lacquer checking but is not peeling off at all.... is I wish I knew more about the ole steel......if only they could talk. the steel is at Johnie Kings shop near Nashville Tn any questions call Johnie or myself thanx Tommy 361-244-3624
