Guild Orpheum custom shop acoustic six string guitar

I am looking to buy a Guild Orpheum six string acoustic guitar.
I would prefer a short scale, slope shoulder dreadnought style but may also consider the orchestra model with either a slotted or solid headstock.
The guitar should be in excellent to mint condition with case and paperwork.
