That’s an 80’s push pull. As to specific year, who knows but I’m guessing 84 or 85.
I don’t know of an accurate list of 80’s push pulls but someone may have one.

Thanks so much. My initial guess was very late 70"s early 80's as well. New info would put the build on 81.
