Hi All:

I looking for someone to set up my round front d10 Shobud. Everything is original and I’m open to the possibility of updating the undercarriage. Pickups need rewinding as well. Would prefer someone local…tried Tom Cass and John Widgren with no luck.

Thanks!

Rick

You might check with Jon Light

I can help you set it up, but don't have the proper facilities for a rebuild.

Last I checked "Ricky Davis #1" is in TX, no doubt the "best" but hardly local to this NH steeler. Keeping it real friends.

Ricky Davis is "The Man" on Sho-Buds. He lives in Buda Texas, just south of Austin. He is a Master on those Buds!
and plays good too!

Ricky overhauled my 6139 last year, money well spent. Round trip from Missouri to Texas was about $275 via UPS.

Hi Rick,
I'm in Boston and can probably help you out. I'm a 'Sho-Bud' guy and I've got alot of experience with working on and setting up Sho-Buds of all eras. I concur with my forumite brethren saying that Ricky Davis is at the top of the heap for Sho-Bud but just in case you're looking for someone a little more local, you can send me a PM if you like.
