Single neck SGI s-10 (willing to pay above market price)

I've been looking for this specific model for a while now, it's the SGI (Excel) 3x4 Pedal Steel Flight Guitar (I'll include a reverb ad for one that sold about a year ago for around 2k.) However, since this guitar seems to be so rare and sought after, I am willing to negotiate a price with a potential seller and would be willing to pay way more than the market price.
