Can't help with someone over there but I'd send mine to Tom Brantley wherever I was in the world. When I needed my boxcar pickup done, I called all the usual suspects and they all directed me to someone else, eventually I talked to Lindy Fralin who sent me to Tom, so it seems he's a rare commodity. Oh yeah, his work is excellent.
It can't cost that much to send a pickup across the pond?
