The knob cap on my QwikStix bar holder set-screw broke. Just on a whim I e-mailed the company, asked for help in sourcing a substitute, and they're sending me a new set-screw AND a replacement knob cap for the old one.

Now THAT'S service, and I wanted to throw a bouquet in public! Very Happy
