Trying to add a knee lever to a Dekley. (Left side that pulls in/right. F#->G# 2->3) The rods underneath are just plain rods that run through a press/lock of some sort. The unit has two knee levers already that both pull left. Honestly, it looks as if the existing left lever's "Limit Rod?" would get in the way, but I am pretty resourceful (Cheap) and can rework. The Steel Guitar Parts Gentleman in Texas doesn't have any thing and told me to try this forum. The place in CA is out for a while. I would even be willing to pay for a machinists. This Steel belongs to our Cowboy Church,,, as a result, I am also, looking for a single (If possible) E9 for one for me.
I play a few instruments and am new to the steel guitar,,,, So my terms are probably off "the thingy that touches the other thingy". |
