Picked up a LH Sho-Bud LDG. Not a conversion. Definitely original. 3x5. Older hardware, changer and undercarriage. Dustcatcher board. No pot-metal.
Dirty and grimy. Green has faded to a dark brown. I’ll clean it up but I can’t play a lefty steel. Oh,well.

Did Sho-Bud make a fair amount of LH steels?

Hi Eric,

I play left handed pedal steel. I currently only have a lefty Mullen G2.

If you are interested in selling the ShoBud, I am definitely interested. Can you post a couple photos or send through PM?

Thanks, Stephen

Stephen,

Yes, I’d sell it but there’s one other person ahead of you who’s also interested.

I guess I better transfer this to the “For Sale” section although I’m still curious about Sho-Bud’s manufacturing of LH models.

FWIW, this one does have the pot metal changer fingers, but that's about it. Is it 2 raise / 2 lower, or 3 / 2?

Oops, sorry, I was wrong. The changer does have pot metal.

It is a 2/2….. double-raise, double-lower changer.

I intend to sell the LDG. Steve has first choice, then Kelcey, then it goes to the For-Sale section.

$2500 + shipping.

Eric,
My friend is definitely a taker, please send a few pics of the undercarriage so the setup can be confirmed, but he's a dedicated lefty and is very interested.
