made this from scrap wood not too bad huh lol either a 8 string or maybe a ten made the tuner already had a 8 string pickup just thought id post it comments welcome

this one is a 7 string , there is no finish on either steel i can always take it apart to finish if i want to later anyway thanks for looking

Very nice work! I really like the keyless tuner. If not too much trouble I would love to see more detailed pictures of that. What tunings do you like?

Seven strings is good enough for me with A6th and the E on top.
I feel kind of like 6 is not enough, but on my 8 strings I don't often play the bottom string.

If I was building one with plans of selling it I'd sure have 8, but if for myself 7 would be just fine. Very Happy
