Hi.
I have an old Zum with their early version of a return compensator. It is small springs that press on the back of the changer fingers. The other end of the spring sits against a screw that you would adjust to make the spring just tight enough.
But there is a small issue. On the second string for example, if I don’t raise or lower it for a while it would be flat. But if i raise or lower it, it returns spot on.
Does any one here have experience with this type of compensators? Smile
