Hello!
People sometimes ask on this forum, “What new music out there has pedal steel in it?” I’m thrilled to share the digital release of my album. Vinyl is in the works. I did it using the moniker of Nodnarb and the album title is Windfall. You may search for “Nodnarb Windfall” on your preferred digital music platform to find all 5 songs.
I wrote, performed, recorded, and mixed everything you hear. This is arguably as DIY as it gets (I didn’t master the songs myself). Three of the songs from this album have pedal steel parts within them, so I thought I’d share them with everyone.

It isn’t country music, it isn’t hotshot steel playing. But, it’s what my soul could put together and I’m pretty happy about how it turned out.
BTW - I did add a lot of Telecaster with B and G bender content to the tunes.

Nice work, Brandon.
Always good to hear something off the beaten path.
Sounds like you avoided using your steel as a 'lick machine', which is great in my book (not that licks don't have their place, but...).
