Tom T Hall was one of my favorite writers and had a unique singing voice. This song has a playable melody for sure. Sadly Tom passed a few years ago but left us some great songs to enjoy.

Paul I agree, Tom was a terrific writer and told a good story too. Once again you brought a new piece of music to the steel guitar and made it sound great. Thanks.
