Thursday morning I was invited to play for residents at the Wesley House Memory Care Unit here in Gainesville, Texas. It is an honor to play for our Senior Citizens. I played old country and gospel songs and even one Christmas tune as well. I was surprised they let me get video. This is a Jim Reeves song I found on YouTube recently. I run the rhythm tracks through one amp and used the other for my steel. The room had good acoustics too which made it even better to play in. I look forward to playing for them again.

Thank you Larry. That room has great acoustics in it. Looking forward to playing there again next month before the Oklahoma Show.

I played a nursing home one time. They seemed to really
enjoy it. As I was packing up to leave, I said, I hope
your all get better, and the response was, we hope you do to.????

Larry, I nearly fell out of my chair laughing when I read that. Thanks David for the kind words.

The nice thing about memory care units is you don't have to update your set list between visits...

That may be true Bob. However, the next time will be different songs.
