SOLD
NEAR NEW 8 string Todd Clinesmith fully cast aluminum Frying Pan Lap Steel for sale
Offered here is a practically brand new long scale A-25 style 8 string Todd Clinesmith fully cast aluminum Frying Pan. I’ve only had it for a few weeks.
As most of you know, Todd does absolutely top-notch professional work. It has all the tone, volume, sustain a steel player could want or imagine.
I commissioned this eighth string frypan from Todd and upon arrival discovered it wasn’t quite right for me. I had high hopes of being able to jump back-and-forth between this and my Tricone on gigs. But prove to be a bit more of a challenge than I anticipated. SO…. I’m ordering a 6 string from Todd!
Here are the specs:
LONG 25" Scale
stacked tone / volume pot
black dots
black tuners
jack on bass side
bright finish
I’m asking the $1900 I paid, OBO. BUT, you won’t have to wait the 9 to 11 months I will have to AGAIN.
*I'm looking for vintage National and Weissenborn square necks, Gibson EH-150s and 185s with the CC pickup, and higher end vintage ukuleles. Also vintage Eipphone and Gibson 16" and 17" archtops. Depending on what you have cash can flow both ways.
Please fee to contact me,
Christo

At this point I'll say possibly. I got your private message on 4/30 and responded 4/30 and followed up 5/2. I never heard anything back from you so I moved on and started talking to other interested parties.
I'm waiting to hear back from someone else right now. If that falls through we can talk more. _________________ Christo Ruppenthal - https://christoruppenthal.com/
