Double 11-string project Steel

I have a double neck 11 string available. I believe it’s a harlen. It has H13 engraved under the necks. It says it belonged to Charlie Haden of Las Vegas, and has Charlie Brown written on the pedal holder in Olde English.The guitar needs a full overhaul. It does not come with a case. It has four new levers and nine pedals.
It is current state, it is basically unplayable. The E9 neck and C6 necks are reversed so the E9 is the back neck ala Mooney. Willing to let this go as-is for $1000 OBO + shipping. Thanks for looking. Feel free to reach me directly at 562.522.9460 thank you for looking!
