That type of pickup cover is almost impossible to find. You might check with someone who works with plastic to see if you could have someone make one for you. Good luck!

Everyone I’ve talked to looks at me like I’m crazy when I try and verbally explain what I want, and I don’t have one to show them, so it is going to be pretty difficult unless I can find a broken one to get them to make me a good replacement. I’ve actually thought about making a bunch of them for resale

Sounds like what you need is someone who is good at CAD and has a 3D printer. (Full disclosure, it ain't me) But it definitely can be done.

Thermal bending of plastic would be the cheapest and easiest. Pretty sure that's how the original was made. I no longer have a Supro to get the dimensions for you but ask here, I'm sure someone can help you. If not, you can come close enough based on the width of your bridge plate and eyeballing some pictures. Google "thermal bending plastic" and watch a couple videos.

I do think 3D printing would be the way to go for the Supro lightning bolt logo but I have no experience with that.

FYI, I had a lot of issues with my Supro, resting my hand on the pickup for long periods was extremely uncomfortable -- those corners are sharp! Solved by attaching a Stevens bar upside down with double sided tape, and used that to rest my hand on.

I dont think that would be to hard to make either from Aluminum or plastic I found this pic. on Reverb along with a few more looks like a simple cap with a 90 degree lip on both sides. If you dont have any luck get back with me and I'll see if I can help you out.

Good Luck
Barry

It's just 1/8" black acrylic (plexiglas), very simple to bend with a little patience, a heat gun and a forming substrate with the correct radius. The inside radius should be about 3/8". There is plenty of info out there, how-to videos on youtube, etc. If you have, or know someone with a 3D printer, here is an .stl to make the Supro logo: https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:5189664/files. I haven't run or examined this file, so I don't know about it's quality or if it is the correct size for this application, but if nothing else it should provide a good starting point.
