Sierra Changer to Bell Crank Rods and Nylon Barrels

Are the Changer to bell crank rods and barrels for a Sierra guitar still available? They're kind of a unique rod in that the hex tuning end at the changer is welded to the rod
and threaded and threaded at the bell crank end which pulls a nylon barrel into the bell crank when tuning the pedal or knee lever.

If not available is there a way to retrofit? The guitar I have is missing one of the rods and nylon barrels that go to the C pedal position.
