I've always wondered about Tommy's addition of the 7th string raise to G on his RKR.

With TW's set-up, it's an unusually-voiced A13 (with the 9th scale-tone on string 10). Was that his thinking, I wonder?

On my guitar, RKR also lowers the 10th to an A so it's slightly different, but even more rich in timbre with that low A.

I want to add the 9 and 6 half-step lower (maybe pedal 4?). I'm still thinking it through, but it's a nice minor7b5, an chord on E9 with standard pulls.

I watched a video of Cody Angel and his cope. He has some really cool changes. He has a 0 pedal and a staggered LKL. It's on you tube compliments of the great Micky Adams. I wish I knew music theory half as well as Micky does. I am wanting to add an extra LKL and RKR. I reset my E lever to go to F# instaed of F. Trying something different.

Dan you're not seeing the knee and pedal brackets. Tommy is NOT raising his E to F and then to F# with same lever. The next bracket is the Pedal 1 raises E to F# and B to C#; as he plays "Day pedal set up"

Course it's not a bad idea...I know my Friend Lloyd Maines raises E to F/F# on RKR...and lowers low B to A...seen here on his set up with "Day pedal set up".
