Any opinions on this pedal and how do you think it would sound with the pedal steel.?
As far as the greatest guitar pedal ever made? Oh well

I donโt use them fancy effects. Just a little reverb and my trusty Preemptive Strike pedal.

I think the greatest pedal ever made was the volume pedal. That's the one that changed my life. I find it amusing when there is a new pedal being demoed every week with claims that it's the newest and best. _________________ I survived the sixties! |

This one is definitely amusing. I wonder how they did it. It's almost believable. And that whole long bit about Edison...
Next year, they should add the expression pedal, then pair it with one that does consonants that also has an expression pedal. So, with two expression pedals (vowels and consonants) it could form words and sing the notes you're playing. _________________ -๐๐๐- (admin) - Robert P. Lee - Recordings - Breathe - D6th - Video |

This guy deserves an award of some kind for one of the best April Fool's jokes in a long time. It was almost glitch free. I really enjoyed it. I'm still smiling.

I have to chuckle when the fellow doing the demo says "This pedal changed my life"
It would be a fun pedal to fool around with for a few minutes for some ambient stuff
but how would you use it in a live situation? There are so many new pedals. Oh well _________________ I survived the sixties! |

Hows about The MAS Distro - Rainger FX: Minibar - Liquid Analyser.
Ya gotta try it with spaghetti sauce, Log Cabin syrup, we heated Nutella and tried it. They take you to the mixology lab in the video. I won't even mention what young strat players put in it. Some things are better left to the imagination. But just remember, if you guess wrong what the other guy poured into the pedal, rules say YOU have to unplug the pedal.....and drink it!

I donโt think that thereโs one pedal that can do it all, so I use this rigโฆ

Mike, I tried that and never got the hang of it, but it did teach me how to tap dance. |

It appears that this video was a hoax and an April fools day joke. I must admit that it was convincing. _________________ I survived the sixties! |

He deserves credit for the sheer amount of work he put into a prank. Even if I'd had the idea I wouldn't have had the patience.
It certainly changed my life, by making it 15 mins shorter. _________________ Make sleeping dogs tell the truth!

When I listened to the video my mind automatically went back about 1000 years, and I imagined a bunch of Cistercian Monks walking solemnly to their temple while chanting. (Well, it was either that or a David Bowie jam.) I guess that if vocal music with no lyrics is your thing, then this will really appeal to you. But for the rest of us, let's just call it another gimmick - a gizmo that might make people notice you if you haven't got anything else, musically, to offer your audience. |

I think the icing on the cake was when he demonstrated the "formant" knob. If only it were that easy! _________________ -๐๐๐- (admin) - Robert P. Lee - Recordings - Breathe - D6th - Video |
