I have an older Goodrich pedal that has been scratchy. Tried taking the cover off the pot and cleaning it. It helped a little. There was some debris in it that I was able to remove. But there's still some scratchiness and I think I just need to change it out.
However, the make and model number of the pot doesn't appear to be available anymore(Clarostat 500K ohm Type J (JA1N056S504AA)).
Does anyone know of a different pot that would acceptable? The Goodrich site appears to be out of stock of the 470k ones they had.
Thanks for all the help. _________________ "If you don't live it, it won't come out of your horn." - Charlie Parker |

My Dunlop pots are arriving today. By all accounts, these are going to work great, as long as I have the skills I think I have to install them properly.
I will most likely post a progress report on the other thread once I get going on them. _________________ "All right ramblers...let's get ramblin'" |

Jason,
I stock the Goodrich (Dunlop) 470k pots and include a new string with each pot.
Drop me a note:
