Against my better judgement I have decided to offer this PP up for sale. It is a great-sounding and smooth and solid-playing guitar. I just have too much stuff and need to sell some things.

This guitar is not pristine, but it is in good overall condition. I would rate the cosmetics at a 7.5-8 out of ten. It is mechanically sound, and has that great PP tone and sustain. The E9 pickup measures 17.1 kHz, and the C6 is 17.2 kHz. It comes with a serviceable gray-carpeted case.

The vertical lever is not original. It appears to be a re-purposed long plain aluminum lever like you would find on the 60’s PP’s. It functions fine, it just looks a little out of place. The pedal bar has been quasi-jeweled, as opposed to being highly polished like you would normally see.

The setup is here: https://www.dropbox.com/s/vnpmrv5mo67s4i6/1979%20Emmons%20Copedent.pdf?dl=0

Price is $3750.00 plus shipping. Email me through the forum with questions, etc.

My first Emmons was of the same era with the keystone tuner heads. It was a great guitar. I sorely wished I still had it.

I had one just like it, too. Bought it about 40 years ago from the great Herb Remington in Houston. He sent it to me via Greyhound bus in an Anvil flight case. Man, it was heavy in that case, but I was much younger then...

Nice looking Emmons PP, Tommy. I see that it has a set of Albert Johnson's pedal cranks on pedals 1,2 & 3.
