The neck selector switch on my 1983 Emmons D-10 is getting a bit funky. I’m thinking about replacing it. Are these just Telecaster pickup selector switches?

Yes, it's just a 3-way DPDT (center on) wafer type selector switch.

(Note: They also make a 4-position one, but that's only for single neck guitars w/2 pickups.)
