With regret I have just dicovered, Frenchy Messier has closed down his shop and is no longer serving the steelguitar community. For many years I have ordered his Steelmill strings for my Emmons guitar and was very pleased with his service and the quality of his strings. Does anybody know if the Steelmill strings are available under other brand names? Or will someone else take over his business and continue to sell Steelmill products?
Sincerely

I asked Frenchy a few years ago who manufactured his strings and he said they were made by SIT (Stay-In-Tune). |
