Sho Bud RKR Jumper Bracket -- Late 70's Pro II Custom

Needing a Jumper bracket for a Sho Bud Pro II Custom. This is the bracket that connects the RKR lever to the hex cross-shaft.

PSG Parts is currently out of stock, and Jeff Surratt is in the middle of moving his shop right now. So I've already struck out there. I've contacted SGNC in California to see if they might have one, and have not gotten a response from them.

Would anybody on the forum happen to have an extra part I could buy from them?

Preferably not the pot-metal ones that came on the guitar, but a new aftermarket part would be ideal. Either way, I'm not picky and would use whatever part is available.
