From listening to Chris Scruggs playing on Sierra Ferrel record I wanted to play some old school pedal steel sound on my Fender console.
Im not there but I start to think its really possible!

Great job I messed around with it a few years back. E13 definitely feels like the final step of lap steel evolution before E9 pedal steel was created. You'll find a lot more than just that. 3 note chords pedal steel moves.
Will be tackling that later on in the E13 group. Which I may move to a blog instead as I'm starting to get sick of Facebook fake account requests and bots trying to spam me. _________________ Stefan

It’s a non pedal steel. A Fender Dual Pro.

Your right!!! Listen to Chris Scruggs doing pedal steel sound on Is Fender Dual Pro just amazed me! I have LOT of woodshed to do but at least it keep me motivated! |

Yes it’s a great tuning! The one I use is the same as Jules Ah See C13 but 2 tone higher. If I have just one neck I use C13 but with a D8 I like to have the E13 with the high 3rd for country and A13 (same as C13 but with a high 5th and without the low big root) for Western swing. |
