I thought someone might be interested in this steel.
It’s on Halifax, Nova Scotia Facebook marketplace for 1900 cdn.
It looks new. I have no connection to this. I just thought it was interesting. _________________ I don't know much but what I know I know very well.

Sounds pretty nice actually.. Not sure how good the sustain is compared to a modern guitar... I thought I read somewhere however that they were not very tuning stable.. I could be wrong on that, but thought there was some discussion on those old Framus pedal steel guitars on this forum way back in the old days... bob _________________ I'm over the hill and hittin'rocks on the way down!

Hi there,
I bought a newer (successor named ABM) model double-neck back in 1978.
It was a 8/2 and I went to the factory to get two additional knee lever. The sound was really good with a good sustain.
The frame and pedals/knees made of aluminum. The changer fine tuning high precision.
In sum - good draftsman work. |
