I really like the new site. Very well put together and modern looking.

Looks like the prices have barely gone up. That's surprising. I figured based on inflation -even before the recent materials increases- they'd have gone up more.

Three observations/Questions.

1- We need more pics of Encores in the Gallery!

2- I notice that the underside of the Stage one appears to be painted with black texture paint. Is that a new thing or just on the Stage One's? The bottom of my Encore from around 2016 is wood.

3-I notice there is a wider blade pickup on the Encore. new OEM equipment or a special order?

Maybe this happened before......but I notice no "Zumsteel" on them, anymore.

New website, new business arrangement?

"New guitar orders closed until fall 2022."
I'm glad I got my Stage One in 2014 and only had to wait a couple months.
I was thinking of getting an Encore sometime, but the brand is not for sale in Holland anymore. Only in US and Canada. Dutch importer sold 135 Stage Ones and Encores over the years.

I saw that also. The single picture of an Encore in the gallery looks be similar to mine except for the lack of "Zumsteel" and the different pickup.

If that is the case, will the presence of "Zumsteel" on the front become a selling point for Encores that have it? Not that they need another selling point given how fast they move new or used.

I just picked up my Stage One from Doug Earnest last week, (11/20/22). What great person he is. I am as green as they come. A late bloomer to the PSG. I play many stringed instruments but this is my first time at this. Doug was was great to work with. He spent time giving me some pointers to help me head in the right direction. I ordered mine back in early November and he was clear that it would be after the first of the year before it was ready. My wife and I made a daytrip to Branson from Independence, MO to pick it up. Thank you Doug for everything! Now I am relying on this Forum to keep me headed straight and true.
