Diamond in the rough for sure 
It's kind of rare to find one with 4 pedals on the front neck. And I see that it has the holes for a 9th pedal on the back neck. Also holes for a 4th knee.
A worthy project! Good luck with your sale.

Good call Brian. Yes, she is a beauty and great example of steel guitar history. It always breaks my heart to see someone take an "Axe" to a nice D10, especially those brands not in production any more.
