I think that is a little older than 1999. Mine is serial number 180 bought new in 1998 |

Regardless Johnie, that is one sweet Franklin. I like that color a lot. Mine is dark blue, 9x8. They are truly special. That guitar will make someone very happy |

Erv this is a great steel surprised it still for sale. ans hello Erv yes MJ does play and heard he has a few of them . Paul made some very nice unique playing, looking, and sounding steels for sure. I also heard that the sound masters love to record these because so easy get mids on these Franklin steels.you sound people can chime in here on that. I do have a nice like new Red s-10 with 4 and 5 (not many of these made) has a Franklin pedal on pedal 0 Emmons set up. |

Yes Dennis has a as new 4 an 5 Franklin s 10 that's as nice as the day it was shipped brand new.
Dennis will bend over backwards too please his customers for sure!!

GM and ty you Johnie for the great pics of this rare steel. Has anyone noticed that this Red Franklin has a short key head? and that teal Franklin of yours is a very nice looking,playing sounding steel and Buck Reid did a fantastic job on that . He is a great guy and if you need work done on a steel or lessons he is the man thank you Buck for taking care of that for me Buck you the man |

No arm rest I posted those too show how nice Don makes arm rest that attache to the legs.
Dennis Wireman owns this beautiful red Franklin I traded it too Dennis.
I don't no the year model but I do know it's a as brand new Franklin including the case.
